WHO WE ARE
Giani Law Firm was founded in 2006 and deals mainly with judicial and extrajudicial consultancy in civil, environmental and real estate law. For years it has looked after the interests of foreign investors in Italy and supports Italian companies and individuals in the internationalization of activities abroad and, in particular, in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries.

Francesco Giani
Founder of the law firm, he specializes in Environmental Law. After graduating in Law from the University of Pisa, he won a scholarship for merit at Ca' Foscari in Venice, obtaining a Master's degree in "Sea and land in the perspective of European policies". Former contract professor of Public Administrative Law, Environmental Law and Cultural Heritage at the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences at the University of Pisa and legal consultant to the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea. He has taught, given training courses and held conferences on environmental law. Member and President of numerous Boards of Directors, Supervisory Bodies and Independent Evaluation Bodies.
In the context of his professional activity he has provided technical-legal assistance, both judicial and extrajudicial, in the field of environmental legislation, internationalization and corporate organization.
Antonio Giani
Co-founder of the Giani Law Firm, a lawyer with expertise in civil law, he boasts, in particular, years of experience in the field of real estate auctions, real estate transactions, road accidents, debt collection, banking law and insurance law. He is responsible for coordinating collaborators and planning judicial activity.
